Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Best Rizz. By creating an account you accept them. If you don't, don't use the app — and if you already have an account, delete it from You → Delete account.
1. You must be 18
Best Rizz is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. By using Best Rizz you represent that you are. If we learn or reasonably believe that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend it immediately and delete it.
2. Your account
You may hold one account. It's yours personally — don't share it, sell it, or let someone else use it. Everything done through your account is your responsibility. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You agree that the information on your profile is truthful, that the photos you upload are of you, and that you have the right to use them.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Best Rizz. Content that violates this section is removed and the account behind it is terminated, ordinarily without warning.
You must not post, send, or share:
- any sexual content involving a minor, or any content that sexualises a minor in any way — this is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement, and the account is preserved for that report
- nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit imagery
- threats, harassment, stalking, intimidation, or incitement of violence
- hate speech, or attacks on people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or age
- content depicting graphic violence, self-harm, or the promotion of either
- photos of another person passed off as you, or images you don't have the right to use
- another person's private information — their address, phone number, workplace, or any intimate image of them
- spam, scams, phishing, solicitation, commercial promotion, or requests for money
- anything illegal, including the sale of drugs, weapons, or sexual services
You must not:
- harass, abuse, deceive, or endanger another person, on the app or after meeting through it
- create an account after we've terminated one of yours
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your age or identity
- use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access, copy, or collect profiles or photos
- screenshot, record, or redistribute another person's photos or messages outside the app
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the app's security or its moderation
4. Reporting, and what we do about it
Every profile and conversation has a safety menu with Report and Block. Reports go to a human reviewer. Blocking takes effect immediately, works in both directions, and closes any open conversation.
We review reported content and act on it — ordinarily within 24 hours — by removing the content, suspending the account, or terminating it. Reports concerning a minor are acted on immediately and take priority over everything else.
5. Moderation of photos
Photos are screened automatically before anyone else can see them, and may be rejected. We may also remove content or restrict an account at any time where we believe these terms have been broken. We aim to be fair and proportionate; we do not promise to catch everything, and we do not promise that everything we catch was caught correctly.
6. Suspension, termination, and appeals
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, if your conduct puts someone at risk, or if we're required to. A suspended account can still be deleted, and can still appeal: open the app and use the appeal option on the suspension screen. Appeals are read by a person.
You can stop using Best Rizz and delete your account at any time, for any reason, without asking us.
7. Your content
What you post stays yours. To operate the app we need your permission to use it — so you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of running, moderating, and improving Best Rizz. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for the safety records described in our Privacy Policy, which we retain to protect other people.
You keep the right to be identified as the owner of your content. We don't sell it, and we don't license it to anyone else.
8. Meeting people is at your own risk
Best Rizz does not run background checks or criminal records checks on its users. A verified badge means one thing only: that the person completed a live selfie challenge matching their profile photo. It is not a statement about whether someone is safe, honest, or who they claim to be in any other respect.
Take the ordinary precautions: meet in public, tell someone where you're going, arrange your own transport, and leave whenever you want to. Your safety when you meet someone is your own responsibility, and we can't supervise it.
9. The service as it is
Best Rizz is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will introduce you to anyone at all.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of Best Rizz — including anything that happens between you and another user, whether on the app or in person.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content, your use of Best Rizz, your breach of these terms, or your conduct towards another person.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and Best Rizz, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Best Rizz after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction — except that either of us may seek injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction.
15. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we don't enforce something immediately, that isn't a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger or sale. Together with the Privacy Policy, these terms are the whole agreement between us.
